Within 200 yards is another roundabout. Take the first exit. After about 400 yards take the first right into the industrial estate and follow the road around to the right. The ground and car park (free) are straight ahead. To ensure a parking space arrive at least 30 minutes before kick off.
From the A10: Take the roundabout exit marked for Bishops Stortford A120. Proceed along the A120 following signs for Bishops Stortford and then the M11. At the roundabout on the outskirts of the town, do not follow the signs into the town centre but continue around the bypass (A120 still) following M11 signs. Go straight over at the next roundabout (Stansted Mountfitchet left, Bishops Stortford right) and proceed up the hill through the woods. At the next roundabout (you will see the M11 junction roundabout just ahead of you) take the last exit. This is the Dunmow Road. proceed for a few hundred yards (golf club on your left) and take the first turning on the right. Proceed into the industrial park and the road bears to the right. Keep going and the ground/car-park is immediately in front of you.
Rail: Bishops Stortford main line rail station is on the Liverpool Street to Cambridge line. Fast and frequent services and some Stansted express trains stop at Stortford station. Check before boarding. From Liverpool Street the journey time is between 35 and 47 minutes (fast or all-stops trains). The ground is a 20 minute walk from the station, but there is a taxi-rank immediately outside the booking office.
If you are planning to walk, on leaving the station building walk ahead and bear right, up the slope. Turn right crossing over the railway line and proceed to a T junction. Turn left (london road) and walk towards the traffic lights (known as hockerill). At the lights turn right into the Dunmow Road. This is a long part of the journey by foot. Proceed straight up this road, passing the Red Cow pub on your right.
You will pass an Unwins off-license and general stores on your left, a Toyota garage on your right and a Land Rover dealers on your left at a roundabout. Continue straight on. At the next roundabout proceed straight on and the next turning on the left is for Woodside Industrial Park. Turn left into the park and follow the road round to the right. Continue straight on and the ground is in front of you. Turnstiles operate at this, and the far end of the main stand.

Woodside Park is a new stadium (5 years) situated on the outskirts of the town, with a capacity of 4,000. The grandstand is covered and all seated with the addition of press facilities and directors box. There is a paddock at either end of the stand with refreshment / wc facilities. Both terraces behind the goals are standing only and are covered. The far side terrace is uncovered. Turnstiles are located at both the town and airport ends of the ground. Access to the club bar is direct from the ground and located off the paddock at the town end. Programmes are available just inside both sets of turnstiles and from the club bar.
Another new ground and in many ways that is similar to Bedford
Town. Small covered terraces at both ends of the ground and an impressive
looking main stand, with uncovered terracing on the opposite side. Stortford
have a loyal but dwindling band of followers, make a fair bit of noise and by
all accounts like a good drink. Managed by former Arsenal and Celtic striker
Martin Hayes, the club are trying to make as much progress on the pitch as they
have made off it and after a disappointing season last time around, will be
looking to challenge for honours.
Last Season: 10th, Conference South Division
Average Attendance: 456
