Directions:

By Car

First thing to note is that the ground is in Northfleet.
From the M25 (South):
Leave the M25 at Junction 2 and take the A2 towards Gillingham. Then take the B262 towards Stone/Greenhithe. At the end of the B262 turn right onto the A226 towards Northfleet & Gravesend. Keep on this road until you reach the ground on your left.

From the M25 (North) - Dartford Bridge:
After coming over the bridge keep to the left hand lanes and after passing through the toll booths turn left onto the A226, towards Northfleet. Keep on this road until you reach the ground on your left.

There is no parking available as such at the ground for away supporters, so it is a case of finding some nearby street parking.

By Train
The nearest station to the ground is Northfleet, which is only a few minutes walk away from the ground. The station is served by trains from London Bridge & Charing Cross. Just come straight out of the station and turn left at the top of the road. The ground can be then seen down on the right.

Inside the ground is a comfortable Club House which is popular with both home and away fans alike. However, it may be advisable to check before entering the ground, whether segregation is in place, as if so, then as an away supporter you may not be able to gain access to it. Next to the ground is 'The Plough' pub, which is always popular with fans on matchdays. Otherwise a ten minute walk away (albeit uphill) is the CAMRA Good Beer Guide Listed 'Jolly Drayman' pub on Love Lane/Wellington St.

General Information:

Although a tidy and well kept ground, it is one of the smaller in the Blue Square Premier. On one side is the smart looking Main Stand. This covered, all seated stand, has a capacity of 542 seats. There are no supporting pillars, resulting in good views of the playing action. However, the stand runs for about half the length of the pitch and strangely has been built mostly to one side of the half way line, so that the team dugouts that are located in front of the stand, sit to one side of it, rather than as you would expect in the middle. Opposite is a a small covered terrace, called the Peter Fountain Stand, that extends again for around half the length of the pitch. In one corner this meets the River End Terrace, which is covered. The opposite end, the Mick Green Stand, is a small covered area which is divided into two. The team entrance from the dressing rooms to the ground runs out from this end, splitting the terrace.

A Supporters View:

Normally segregation is not in force for most home games. However if required then the open terrace at one of the ground, can be allocated specifically to away fans. It is a fairly steep, old fashioned with few facilities. The ground may been completely bypassed by modernity, but the atmosphere is good and the home fans in the covered end, behind the goal kept up a non stop barrage of singing throughout the half that Gravesend were attacking it. Culinary delights on offer include; Chicken curry & rice (£3), Chilli and rice (£3), Jacket potato with cheese (£2), Cheeseburger (£3), Burger (£2), Hot Dogs (£2), Pasties (£1.50), Pies (£1.50), Bacon Rolls (£1.80) and Chips (£1).
