St George's Lane is a football stadium in Worcester, England. The home of semi-professional club Worcester City, the ground has a capacity of 4,850, of which 1,300 is covered seating. The record attendance is 17,042, recorded at fourth-round FA Cup game against Sheffield United in 1959. The ground is soon to be vacated, as it has been sold to a housing developer. The sale will help fund the building of a new 6,000-capacity ground to be built at Nunnery Way on the edge of Worcester. The ground is situated in the north of the city. The easiest way from a motorway is junction 6 on the M5 motorway.

General Information:

The ground has 5 stands situated in it. The Dressing Room End and the Canal End (for away fans) are located behind the goals. The Main Stand containing all 1,300 seats runs alongside one side of the pitch, whilst the North Side and the Shed are on the other.
